  Computer Operations (24x7)   

 Requirements and knowledge:  

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be differential
  • Very good communication and customer interface skill
  • IBM i Operating system (deep knowledge)
  • Job Scheduling for IBM Advanced job Scheduler for IBM, (User Level)
  • Job Scheduling using Advanced job scheduler for IBM (User Level)
  • Job Scheduling using Job Schedule Entries for IBM (User Level)
  • Job Scheduling using Robot Schedule from HelpSystem (User Level)

  

Responsibilities  of  this  position:

  • System status monitoring (CPU, Disk)
  • Subsystem monitoring
  • Batch subsystems monitoring
  • Operator message queue monitoring
  • Job queue monitoring
  • Record incidents of iSeries and batch processing
  • Ticket escalation 
  • Manual Trigger in the job schedule tool.
  • Chat with users in the local language (if needed) to collect or clarify data needed for ticket
  • Ensure that incident or service request resolution is managed within the SLA
  • Receive, resolve and close inbound break/fix, support, and maintenance service requests generated through the Help Desk system

  

  Scheduler (Production Analyst 24x7)   

Requirements and knowledge:  

  • Bachelors in IT area or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be differential;
  • Very good communication and customer interface skill
  • IBM i Operating system
  • Control Language Programming for IBM
  • Job Scheduling using Advanced job scheduler for IBM (Deep Level)
  • Job Scheduling using Job Schedule Entries for IBM (Deep Level)
  • Job Scheduling using Robot Schedule from HelpSystem (Deep Level)

  

 Responsibilities of this position:  

  • Daily Schedule Planning
  • Ensure that incident or service request resolution is managed within the SLA
  • Monthly Closing Planning
  • Check if batch jobs were run as scheduled
  • Backup and Restore
  • Job Queue administration
  • Batch subsystems monitoring
  • Ticket escalation 
  • Manual Trigger job in the job schedule tool.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve the job schedule applications issues as necessary
  • Create, change jobs in the schedule tools
  • Automation using the schedule tools
  • Analyses of new features from the job schedule tools
  • Work/Support closely to Computer Operator
  • Chat with users in the local language (if needed) to collect or clarify data needed for ticket
  • Ensure that incident or service request resolution is managed within the SLA
  • Receive, resolve and close inbound break/fix, support, and maintenance service requests generated through the Help Desk system

  

 Access Provisioner (24x7)   

Requirements and knowledge:  

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be differential
  • Very good communication and customer interface skill

  

Responsibilities of this position:  

  • Create Personal Account on iSeries
  • Grant or Revoke Access to Personal Account
  • Service request resolution is managed within the SLA
  • Create Access Role on system BPCS, S2K, Olops
  • Access Reconciliation, IDM x IBM iSeries Legacy system
  • Support audit or Sox controls
  • Chat with users in the local language (if needed) to collect or clarify data needed for ticket
  • Ensure that incident or service request resolution is managed within the SLA
  • Receive, resolve and close inbound break/fix, support, and maintenance service requests generated through the Help Desk system

  

iSeries System Administrator (24x7)   

 Requirements and knowledge:  

  • Bachelors in IT area or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese will be differential;
  • Very good communication and customer interface skill
  • IBM i Operating system
  • knowledge in Subsystem, Jobq, Outq, Device, Exit point, Security
  • Knowledge in Data Base to integrate non iSeries application.
  • Knowledge in IBM iSeries software MQ-Series, IBM BRMS 
  • Knowledge in programing language not native RPG, Assembler
  • Knowledge in iSeries Work with Query and SQL 
  • Control Language (CL) Programming for IBM
  • Knowledge in Advanced job scheduler for IBM, Job Schedule Entries for IBM and Robot Schedule Application (Helpsystem)

  

Responsibilities of this position:  

  • Libraries and objects management
  • Create NPSA Account on iSeries
  • Create documentation of the architecture and environment for each location.
  • Printers queue manager administration & Support
  • Analysis of Applications Performance ( DB Monitor )
  • Clean up (Programs, Outq, Spool, Journal, etc)
  • iSeries Performance Administration
  • Manage disk space and Cleanup of private libraries and queries
  • Support Application team on break fix, outage, system deployment and projects go live
  • Support ODBC IBM iSeries
  • Support Access Client Solution for IBM (ACS)
  • Support File transfer using FTP, SNDNETF
  • Contact point to SSC Team and Locality.
  • Contact point to CMT Team and Locality.
  • Send object from Production to QA or Development environment
  • Total Refresh on QA or Development environment with production data
  • Ticket Escalations
  • Audit Engagement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure application issues as necessary
  • Chat with users in the local language (as needed) to collect / clarify data needed for ticket resolution.
  • Ensure that incident / service request resolution is managed within the SLA.
  • Receive, resolve and close inbound break/fix, support, and maintenance service requests generated through the Help Desk system
